Learning Advisory Service

Our role is to provide effective support to pupils and schools where learning and/or behaviour are a barrier to achievement.

We offer support to schools in identifying children’s learning needs and developing positive behaviour for learning. Our work involves supporting children through holistic assessment.  This entails discussion with school staff and parent/carers, appropriate psychometric tests and screens, a detailed report with recommendations to use in the classroom and support personalised learning.   In addition, we offer training and modelling best practice to schools and families.
