Information about reports

Initial reports – highly individualised, comprehensive and evaluative assessments of need. In line with the new SEND Code of Practice pupil and parent voice form an important element. Strategies and recommendations are based on supporting quality first teaching as well as details for personalised learning. In response to requests from schools and the Local Authority reports will be sent out via encrypted email.
Review reports – focus on areas of difficulty previously identified by the Outreach service. They help schools to evidence provision and to measure impact. Strategies are evaluated and further recommendations offered.
Record of Visit – a short single page document which provides details of meetings and bullet points for next steps or recommendations.
